- Neutrogena rapid clear acne eliminating spot gel
Product review
I started using this a few years ago. It comes in a small bottle & it is kind of pricey but for some, it it worth it. You put a little on a zit or a blemish & it fades really fast. I like the stuff but it doesn't do much for the big, hard & painful pimples that swell badly. It's good for drying out pimples that have already came to a head or been broken or mashed. It will dry those out fast. I have suddenly developed a problem area on my cheeks it broke out with little flesh colored bumps, nothing will come out of them & the rapid clear doesn't help those at all. Actually I've not found anything that gets rid of these yet.

GET RID OF CELLULITE WITH A HOSE?!
~Rid your body of cellulite~
You are probably used to me posting my tips by now but there is one I have been dying to let everybody know about. As a woman I know how damaging cellulite can be to your confidence. I have not used very many products for cellulite since most have side effects that cause problems in my health issues. However there is one thing I have found effective for cellulite.
I never had a stitch of cellulite until I was pregnant then I noticed my thighs were getting a bit chunkier. Soon after that, I started to develop some cellulite on my thighs. I nearly flipped out over it knowing how hard it is to get rid of it.
After being pregnant the second time, my legs had gotten a bit chubbier & after losing some weight around my belly I had a little cellulite around my belly too.
I am now completely free of all cellulite!
It's not exactly a popular technique I don't know if anybody but me has ever even tried it. But I had done a lot of research on it & found that cellulite is pockets of gel like fat, so if you can break down that fat then it would go away.
It's cheap, easy & hazard free. All you need is a type of shower hose. You can buy them as shower head attachments, you need one that comes with a hose so you can reach. it would be like a shower head only attached to a long hose that you can hold & use as you wish. They usually come with different pressures & streams. You could probably use a water hose as well if you didn't have an attachment.
I use the strongest pressure and hold it as far away from my body as possible (it gives more power & pressure) I aim it toward the area with cellulite thighs, belly, butt, etc. Let it run over the area & wave it around like you're rinsing something off. It breaks down the fatty cellulite.
It may or may not work for everyone depending on the severity of the cellulite. I just had a couple of small dimples in some areas. I used the hose for several minutes each time I showered. It took a couple of months but it was gone, completely gone! & still is.
I'd love to hear your results as well, or any questions. You can comment, message me, or e-mail kendra30752@yahoo.com
*But remember it's about pressure, but not so much that it becomes painful!*

Stress acne cleanser review
I've written several reviews on neutrogena products. Neutrogena is a very reputable brand & I have tried nearly every product that neutrogena has came out with. There are some I felt were ok & some I hated. Here's one...
-NEUTROGENA STRESS FOAM-
I used this product for months. It's supposed to help fight & clear acne caused from stress (which is my main problem.) It comes in a pump type bottle & foams.
I hated this! It was horrible. Each time I used it, I came out with more tiny little forehead breakouts, & the breakouts I started out with became red & inflamed causing them to appear inflamed & very un-attractive. I kept using it hoping that it would clear it up with time of use. I was wrong. I don't know what it was about that stuff but I would never recommend it!

My 100 crisises in 1 day!!
So, my endometriosis & I.B.S has started bothering me again since I got out of surgery so I had an appointment with my ob/gyn again yesterday. He told me that my horrible anxiety is what's causing all the flare ups to happen. I was pretty upset to have to start taking medication yesterday. :( he put me on pain killers & anxiety meds. The anxiety meds really screw me up badly, to the point of embarrassment & I cant even function. Im hoping I'll get used to them but the painkillers they really seem to be making me feel great & the anxiety meds do take a lot off of me. I feel like a new person. But after about an hour of taking them I can't hold my head up they make me so sleepy I fall asleep but it feels more like I'm falling unconscious! Anyways, that's what's going on with me & thats why I've not been posting much because of surgery and everything going on.
Also, another big worry of mine: Mother's day is coming up. Which is a very important and meaningful holiday to me but I find myself dreading it again this year. Because of losing both of my children I find it hard to have a happy day. It's all I can think about now. This is only my 3rd mother's day without them. It brings back all of the pain. But one thing, since I am/was a mother then lost mine, I see just how much people take for granted what they have. I'm trying to spend a lot of my time trying to make this the best Mother's day for my mother, and maybe it will take my own mother's day off of my mind.
So, I decided to buy my mother a gift, stupid me, couldn't wait any longer and I gave it to her early, so then last week I bought her a book she's been wanting off of ebay. The thing is the seller is not sending the book! He refuses to reply to my messages & he promised to send the book out a week ago! I'm beginning to think he screwed me. So now my mother's day gift probably won't be here. That puts extra stress on.
The next worry of the day: I was just notified that my college classes start this week! Thank God I'm doing them from home (b/c of the health conditions) and I'm stressing about how the hell I'm gonna be able to function while on these crazy meds! L.o.l
Next worry of the day:
I'm in desperate need of a hair trim. My hair cut is really unique most people wouldn't be able to do a cut like mine and make it look good. There are only 2 people that can cut my hair this way. They both work at the same salon. When one is absent I go to the other so usually I switch between the 2 of them each month. Well I called to make my appointment today & was informed that they no longer work there! Both of my stylists quit on me! They didn't even let me know. So I'm having a crisis. lol
IT'S NO WONDER IM HAVING TO BE ON THESE CRAZY MEDS! LOL

Kiwi, for exfolliating?
TIP OF THE WEEK:
Finding the right product to exfolliate is sometimes pricey & can add up quick but I have found a great new way to exfolliate for cheap. You can find the right ingredients in your kitchen!
kiwi! That's all you need is a slice of kiwi.
Take the kiwi slice (usually onlly takes a small slice.) and mash it all over your face, rubbing in circular motions, let it sit on face for 30 minutes (or longer if you wish) then rinse off in the shower or with a warm, wet wash cloth. I use this to exfolliate daily and I have found it works better than most store bought products.
hope you enjoy my tips and feel free to ask questions or leave your comments I love to hear what you think!
